What Does Larginine Do

A salute to the sun for more energy ...

It is still winter cold, or vorfrühlingshaft rainy, muddy weather, the kind we have yet to be under control ... No wonder that many people complain of fatigue and energy-lessness. I would like to tell you my personal recipe to end winter severity and long-lasting bed longing: Surya Namaskar!!

"Surya was?" Some of you are thinking now, so here the same translation, for all their knowledge of Sanskrit just spilled something: this is the sun salutation. This series of exercises is a very important Practice of yoga, which gives us the morning just very quickly, lots of power and energy. In the evening the sun greeting us helps us to center and collect. Since about 2000 years Surya Namaskar is practiced in order to activate the body, mind and soul. The circulation is stimulated and the energy in the body is in flux.

The Sun Salutation consists of twelve different positions, it warms the body and makes us fit and alert .... The positions to bend the body forward and backward alternately scary and many muscles are stretched. Just when you the sun salutation in the morning exercises, the body can sometimes feel a little stiff, but this usually passes after a few days. The first few times it makes sense to practice very slowly and deliberately, take every position focused and collected to pay attention to the breath. Over time, the breath flows all by itself and the movements are faster.

It is a little book for sun salutation of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, entitled "Surya Namaskar" Here are the exercises include headaches, digestive disorders, anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalances, menstrual problems, loss of appetite and tiredness recommended. What are we waiting for?

But how does it work for now, the sun salutation? I have you here one attached to a small video of my yoga training institute. There, a simple variant is presented.
