Cost Of Gastric Band Op

fresh air!!

A big hello from my desk!

I am writing this blog because I have touched many people in this week that they were sooooo tired. Once the weather has now changed from a winter-Kaiser-weather to a bad-mood-sleazy-weather, it even sends out his dog does not like. Since it is not long, and our brain is made of oxygen. This fresh air is so important. But what for exactly?

We take our fuel from food. The cells divide on the chemical substances in foods into simpler components, releases energy and produce water and carbon dioxide as waste. For this process we need oxygen. When we breathe, our lungs fill with air and the oxygen is absorbed into the bloodstream. With the exhalation, we can make the resulting carbon dioxide in our body. The oxygen-rich blood flows to the heart and is pumped from there into the whole body.

Our brain cells have such a high metabolism that they need not equal more oxygen than other organs. If we now spend all day inside, possibly for some time motionless in front of the TV or Computer squat, then our brain gets definitely too little of the precious gas. The result: We are tired, can not focus and feel mentally very dull.

Therefore: windows!! a very simple tip on its own fatigue rate cut a piece again and again. Take at least one open at the hour of the time at the window wide and very deep and exhale. Watch daruf that your abdominal wall raises and lowers evenly, so the breath goes deep into the belly inside.

In yoga we say that we raise through deep breathing bewßtes our Prana, that is our life force. This will increase the energy flow in the nadis. The Nadis are energy pathways in our body, similar to the acupuncture meridians of Chinese medicine theory. At the same time we are reducing stress. Not for nothing, there is the saying, take a deep breath.

Hence my tip for a kick start of the week: Writes

you to small sticker: Breathe deeply and distributes them at home, at your workplace or wherever they strike you. You will see the weariness is soon blown away ......

Cordial greetings oxygenated
